This soft cover, good condition for age, showing storage/handling wear with a crease down the center, going top to bottom.  Inside pages appear clean, no writing, but there is some light foxing.  Staple binding is in good condition.  There are insect holes on some of the pages and cover shows spots where the top layer has rubbed off.
