Vintage Jeweled Vermeil Sterling Silver Lapel Hat Pin Lot on Card BPOE Elks

This lot includes 2 small pins that measure about 1/2" tall. They are found in fine preowned condition showing age related wear and tarnishing. The cards show more wear and are creased. The type of inserts are unknown. One has a single jeweled eye, I don't know if there was ever two. Please examine all pictures in detail as they are an important part of the description.
