Vintage BPOE Elk's Sterling silver and Gold Toothpick Holder Case
This vintage case is 2” long, and !” wide.
It is inlaid on the front with 14K gold and is Marathon Sterling.
It has the Elk’s head on the front with a crest.
There are initials on the back but I can’t make them out.  It has the original patina on it.
