a Wonderful
Rare, Antique, Large Octagonal Apothecary Hand Blown/Molded Glass Pantry/ Storage Jar with Original Tin Lid & Smooth Pontil Mark on the bottom
.  It measures 7 1/2" tall by 6" wide and is in excellent condition (see photos). It features a Smooth Pontil mark along with characteristic old glass bubbles. Its octagonal shape coupled with its unique embossed geometric line design and the rope border on the top rim make it a very unusual and rare handblown/molded glass find. The original tin lid has a great aged patina. You can’t go wrong with this purchase as a gift or for your own collection.
