    Description

A beautiful collectible set of four U.S. postage stamps issued in 1931 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the founding of the American Red Cross.
This stamp was the very first commemorative stamp issued by the U.S. post office with more than one color!
These stamps have never been used and are as fresh as they were the day they were first sold at the post office almost 90 years ago! Suitable for framing, they would make a great gift for your favorite nurse or coworker.
Look in my other auctions for blocks of U.S. stamps of historical significance including more blocks that feature the medical field (nurses, doctors, pharmacists, osteopaths and the dental profession)!
All stamps are Mint Never Hinged.
Shipping is .00 for first class mail. Additional stamp block auctions won, paid for in one COMBINED transaction and shipped at the same time are only 25 cents extra per auction (sheets and booklets not included), with a maximum shipping charge of .00, no matter how many auctions you win. Please pay for all of your auctions in one listing to ensure you will receive the shipping discount.
All payments are to be in US currency only.
