This is a high quality "kit" of all you should need to build a superb
protected motor controller. You add most of the internal wiring
you
will need
to match your needs. Untested. Guaranteed usable.
The NEMA case is part
CS3-NA
ane measures approzimately 7x10x6
inches. The top half includes an
EFI
red pilot light, a
START/STOP
red/green interlocked dual pushbutton, with a pair of
KO1
and
K10
switch contacts rated to 10 amps and 600 volts, one make and one
break and
an unmarked green
RESET
pushbutton that mechanical
links the internal
overload sensor.
The inside of the unit holds a galvanized subchassis that includes a
a
DIL00-AM
three phase contactor rated to 7.5 kilowatts at 600 volts
with a companion
11-DIL-M
auxiliary contact set and a
Z00-10
adjustable current overload protector. This subchassis combination is
numbered
DIL 00-AM/Z00
.
The unit may be configured to single or three phase use from 115 to 575
volts. Overload current is adjustable from 6 to 10 amperes.
Received by us from an electric utility auction in apparently never used
and "as new" condition. All knockouts are intact. A quarter
turn fastner
holds the unit halves together. The unit
definitely appears super
clean.
The
galvanized subchassis shows slight discoloration that should
not in
any manner affect operation.
