All Plants are shipped bare root unless stated and are fertilized with a frog and fish safe fertilizer. We use natural organic pest control method with no insecticides.

Returns and Refunds
All live plants and animals do not have a Return Policy. However they do have a refund policy. If plants or animals pass or become damage in transit then you'll have within 8 hours of delivery to provide pictures and a claim. We all know life happens. We will do the best we can to make things right. Pictures MUST be provided or any claims to be considered.- -- ---

**ALL LIVE PLANTS ARE SHIPPED PRIORITY AND WITHOUT A HEAT PACK! HEAT PACKS ARE AVAILABLE IN OUR STORE! IF PURCHASED WITHOUT A HEAT PACK AND PLANT DIES DURING TRANSIT NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. It is at the buyer's discretion as to if a heat pack is needed.

*We offer combined shipping on multiple item orders. There will be a charge of .00 per item added. This combined shipping does not included any products shipped First Class. If weight of First Class goods become greater than 15.9 ounces then closest Priority box will be chosen.

Summer shipping is Mon - Wens. Winter Shipping is on Mondays ONLY
For plant safety, ALL shipments go out on Mondays. ALL orders must be finalized by 9pm eastern time on Sunday in order to be shipped out that same week. All orders finalized after that time will be shipped out the following Monday.
