ELKS CANADA - STERLING SILVER MEDAL - PAST EXALTED RULER -1971-72 Named Award

This is a very nice looking award / medal.
ELKS CANADA - PAST EXALTED RULER.
This medal is engraved on the reverse with recipients name and date (1971-72)   It was issued by the
Elks Lodge #113 - Estevan,  Saskatchewan
.   The medal is marked as being made of Sterling Silver.  The top bar is not marked and I don't believe it to be silver.  The silver medal alone weighs approx. 40 grams.
The medal including the bar at top measures approx. 3 inches by 1 7/8 inches.   Bar measures 1 7/16 inches by 5/16 of an inch.  It is in excellent condition. Brooch back type of fastener.
