    Each Purchase gets on seedling. Dolgo Crabapple is a great edible crab apple growing to about 15 feet tall. It produces nice sized crabapples that are a pleasant tart flavor. These are an old time favorite that aren’t seen that much anymore. They can be eaten fresh, made into jelly, used in pies, or added to cider to give an excellent flavor. These seedlings are 10-18 inches tall and are hardy from zone 3b to 9a. They are also self pollinating and make an excellent pollinator for other crabapples as well as apples. Many times a crabapple is planted in the middle of an apple orchard and the resulting crops are often heavier due the crabapples excellent pollination abilities.
