Description
This is a very old, thin leather pillow cover thing that has some burned art in it with the Elks lodge emblem. One side is dyed heavy turqoise, the other is left natural. Lots of long fringing all around. Not counting the fringe it's about 20 inches tall and 19 wide, the fringe adds to that. It's very old and the back side blue has soiling in spots. Inside there is a stamped manufacturer: Sam'L E. Faroat, 402 S. Broadway, Los Angeles, Cal. I believe this would date this back to the 1910s as he was an importer about then. Not sure if he supplied these to multiple lodges or if it was a one off, but it makes for a nice wall hanging. This will be more clear than the digital photo shows. The high bidder is to pay for shipping, we're in the Northwest so the further you are away the more it could cost, sorry, the postage rates have been high. We can send this UPS, but you'll have to wait a little longer as we have to go out of town to get to the nearest UPS place so we prefer USPS parcel post. We will combine auctions to save on shipping. Ebay's rules only allow us to advertise electronic payments for payment options so we do accept Paypal. Winning bidder may notify us of their payment type preference if need be. There is a full refund offered if needed as well. Ninety percent of the time we can get our items packaged up and sent out the next business day, though sometimes it might take an extra day or two if we're really busy on the farm. Thanks for looking and GOOD LUCK!
