    BPOE ELKS Atlanta 1923 PER Pin “PAST EXALTED RULER” Rare
    BPOE Elks two-section pin for “ATLANTA 1923" with a hanging section showing the elk and enameled red-white-blue “PER” - indicating this was the pin of a “Past Exalted Ruler,” a previous CEO of the elks.
    Gold plated with all enameling intact.  A rare pin with the PER section and in excellent condition.  Width is 1-3/8 inches wide and 2-1/4 inches in overall height.
    On back of lower section in raised lettering is “ROBBINS CO ATTLEBORO” - the manufacturer of the pin.
