B27) VERY RARE Vintage BPOE Elks Lodge Uniform Cap/hat Only w/ Attached Buttons

From an estate find of boxes and boxes of old, new and used toys, games and stuff is this very rare vintage Order of the Elks hat/cap. This is a dark blue or black with silver buttons. Have never seen one listed on eBay before. A historic find and would make a great addition to your collection! In good preowned condition with some wear (see pictures).
