Antique Sterling Silver B.P.O.E. Stamp Card or Photo Case by Alfred Schickerling

This is  an amazing antique sterling silver card case, photo locket/case or stamp case by Alfred Schickerling  Jewelry Co of New York
The case is rectangular in shape, measuring approx. 2 1/8" x 1 1/6" x 3/16"
The front is decorated with sterling silver flowers and leaves with an engraved banner
The engraving is the member's name A.H. COOK
The bottom banner  reads B.P.O.E. which stands for Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks.
There is an Elk and an enameled blue star with the face of a clock
The back has more beautiful workmanship and the initials A.H.C.
The actual membership card is still intact in this card case
Dated for dues paid  by A. H. COOK in 1920 to the Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks in Kingston
New York lodge No.550
These card cases never ever have the original membership card, and it is in perfect condition.
Hallmarked Sterling in 1 corner
