Description

It is 1 3/4" x 4 1/4".  As found in a politician's house possibly in or near Napoleonville, La.  There are 15 coupons for various entertainment events in Southern California.  The binding is loose, but none of the coupons were torn out.  There is some wear, light stain, and aging.  It seems to be in good condition, considering it is 109 years old.
