Antique ELKS "Hello Bill" Silver Plate & Gold Filled Fob Stamp Carrier

Description

Lovely antique silver plate Elks watch fob, stamp case. The floral boarder engraving and the detail is exceptional. There are two issues. There is a slight scratch on the rear and I believe some of the white enameling is missing on the crest. Neither are particularly noticeable.
Please see pictures. 2” tall and 15/16” wide. Engraved with a “T” on the front. Stamped F.M.Co on the inside.
