    Description

    Souvenir of a Street Fair & Carnival held September, 1900 in Portland, Oregon, issued by BPOE Lodge 142. 34.5 mm, Aluminum, holed at top presumably for suspension most likely on a ribbon.  I am located less than 100 miles from where the event took place, and have never seen another, in 30 years of dealing in the Northwest, so presumably quite scarce.  I found reference to only three other examples selling on ebay in the last 8 years, which supports that thesis.
    Unlisted in H-K of course, and I was not able to find this in John Raymond's online opus; however it certainly qualifies based upon size and should fit into the equivalent of Section  II of H-K.
